Earn What You’re Worth
We offer a commission-draw compensation plan that combines the security of an hourly base with the opportunity to earn commission on your services and retail sales.
When your commission earnings exceed your base pay for the month, you receive the difference.
There’s no cap on your commission.
As you grow your clientele and your business, your earning potential can grow with you.
